°1 cup white sugar
°1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1 egg white
°1 tablespoon of water
°1 pound pecan halves

Preheat oven 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
Whisk egg white & water in separate bowl to frothy. Stirring pecans to egg white mixture. Stir sugar mixture into pecan mixture until pecans are evenly coated. Spread the coated pecans on a baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, until pecans are evenly browned, 1 hour.
