°12 chicken wings
°1/2 tsp cumin
°1 tsp minced garlic
°5 tbsp. oil
°1 C. at. s. chopped cilantro
°juice of /2 lemon
°1 C. to.s. chopped parsley
+For the frying:
°1/4 tsp salt
°2 beaten eggs
°1/4 tsp. at. vs. pepper
°1 tsp paprika
°frying oil


The marinade: mix the coriander, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic, oil and lemon juice.
Rinse the wings, marinate them and reserve in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Before frying, dip the wings in beaten eggs and coat them with breadcrumbs.
Fry in a hot frying pan, until golden. Drain on paper towel and serve hot with a salad or vegetable gratin.
