GARLIC PARMESAN ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Ingredients :

°Olive oil
°3 cloves garlic
°100g flour
°100g breadcrumbs
°150 g parmesan
°2 pinch paprika
°3 eggs
° sel, pepper

*Steps:

1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Pour a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and place the thawed cabbage in it. Sprinkle with salt and minced garlic cloves. Leave to brown for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pepper and reserve.
3.
Place the flour in a deep plate. Beat the 3 eggs, season them with a little salt and pepper and place them in a deep plate. Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan and paprika on another plate.
4.
Rolling cabbages in groups in the flour, be careful, you need a thin layer, then in the beaten eggs and finally in the parmesan mixture.
5.
Placing them on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes. Check the browning as the time may vary depending on the oven. Serve them hot or warm in a bowl or  pretty deep plate with wooden skewers.
